You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. Note: We are a deal aggregation platform. We do not sell products directly. We are not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, or shipping of products purchased from third-party retailers linked on our Site.

Deals R Us participates in various affiliate marketing programs, which means we may get paid commissions on editorially chosen products purchased through our links to retailer sites. This comes at no extra cost to you and helps support our platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Delaware. Eternix LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Effective Date" of these Terms of Service, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
